PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The State of Nebraska (State), Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Materiel Division, State Purchasing Bureau (SPB), is issuing this solicitation for a service contract for the purpose of selecting a qualified bidders to provide knowledgeable and experienced personnel familiar with all disaster mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery programs administered under the Stafford Act or National Flood Insurance Act (NFIA), i.e. Public Assistance (PA), Individual Assistance (IA), and Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA).
Written Questions regarding the project are due no later than December 29, 2025.
