State Insurance
The State of Nebraska is self-insured for a portion of any loss, and purchases excess insurance for property, automobile, and crime. The Office of Risk Management has the exclusive negotiating and contracting authority to purchase insurance for all state agencies, and determining which risk exposures shall be self-insured and/or assumed by the State.

All damage to or loss of property should be reported within 24 hours to Gallagher Bassett, the State's Third-Party Administrator, using the online claim form below (you will receive the link via email). If preferred, you may call or email to report the loss to Gallagher Bassett per the PDF instructions below. |
