PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Nebraska Public Service Commission is issuing this RFP (RFP) Number PSC-GAS-2024-1 for the purpose of selecting a qualified Contractor to provide, at a competitive and reasonable cost, professional consulting services for natural gas rate cases and other matters related to the regulation of natural gas public utilities. A more detailed description can be found in Project Description and Scope of Work Section below. The resulting contract may not be an exclusive contract as the State reserves the right to contract for the same or similar services from other sources now or in the future.
Written Questions regarding the project are due no later than August 9, 2024.
