Office Depot Contract
The State of Nebraska has a contract with Office Depot. This enables the State to purchase supplies at a significantly reduced cost and receive products in a timely manner. To order on-line, the user must have authorization through the Office Supply Bureau. To receive access, you will need to complete an "Internet Access" form (MS Word) and send it to the Office Supply Bureau, 1526 Building, Suite 130. Please contact Office Supply Bureau if you have any questions. If you already have authorization, you may access the Office Depot website.
Any orders for communication equipment (example telephones), must have written approval from the Office of the CIO - Communications Division prior to submitting the order to Office Supply Bureau. For those agencies who place orders via the internet, you must also have written approval from the Office of the CIO - Communications Division prior to placing any orders.
