Sarah Skinner is the Task Force for Building Renewal Administrator and Policy Advisory to the Director. She has over a decade of legislative experience at the state and federal level, lending to her professional contributions to advance policies in furtherance of DAS services. Properly evaluating the maintenance needs of the State’s buildings in conjunction with fiscal stewardship, Sarah leads the 309 Task Force with a focus on efficient improvements and adequately fulfilling the Task Force’s intent for renovations.
Sarah is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies. Sarah and her family value their Nebraska roots and cherish the Nebraska way of life, capturing uniquely both the urban and rural experiences.
