The 309 Task Force was created to address the State's significant building renewal needs in State-owned facilities by providing funding for building upgrades. When requesting a funding allocation, please ensure the project is eligible as a Deferred Repair, Fire/Life Safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or Energy Conservation Project. In coordination with our State agency customers, the Task Force determines the highest priority projects on a statewide basis. To request an Allocation, an Allocation Increase, or complete a Final Report, see the forms, below.
Please do not assume that any request, proposal, requisition, or contract submitted for a project will be approved. A separate review notice is sent for each approval. There is no need to resubmit any of these documents if there have been no changes. However, do not sign the documents, acquire materials, or execute any work until you receive the separate, appropriate approval/review notice.
