Sean Davis
State Personnel Director
Sean Davis began working for the State of Nebraska in 2018 for the Department of Administrative Services. Prior to becoming State Personnel Director in 2023, he served as the State’s Chief Negotiator and the Administrator for Employee Relations. In his current role, Sean leads his team in providing centralized human resources support and consultation to partner agencies and strives to assist every agency, leader and teammate to be the best version of themselves.
Sean earned a Bachelor of Science in History from Lindenwood University in 2014, then completed his Master’s Degree in Human Resources Strategic Management from Bellevue University in 2021.
