PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The State of Nebraska is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purpose of selecting a Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) or QIO-Like Entity for the State of Nebraska Medicaid Home and Community Based Services Programs (HCBS) and state operated Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (ICF/DDs).
