PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The State of Nebraska is seeking qualified bidders to provide knowledgeable and experienced personnel familiar with all FEMA programs administered under the Stafford Act or National Flood Inurance Act (NFIA), i.e. Public Assistance (PA), Individual Assistance (IA), Hazard Mitigation Grant Programs (HMGP).
