PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The State of Nebraska (State), Nebraska Department of Education, Information Systems Officer is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) NDERFP230711 for the purpose of selecting a qualified Contractor who has experience in educational data systems and the education of systems-involved youth to provide a set of recommended policies and procedures related to data sharing among schools, agencies, and entities essential to enhancing educational outcomes for students under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court. A more detailed description can be found in Section V. The resulting contract may not be an exclusive contract as the State reserves the right to contract for the same or similar services from other sources now or in the future.
Written Questions regarding the project are due no later than September 22, 2023.
