PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The State of Nebraska (State), Department of Office of Special Education, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) Number NDERFP2305 for the purpose of selecting a qualified Contractor to provide support to the Office of special Education in analysis of data in the areas of Risk Assessment Calculations, trend data, Equity Calculations, Parent Survey Data, Family Report Data, Professional Development to SEA/LEA/PRT Staff, SPP/APR Review and Feedback, DMS (OSEP’s Differentiated Monitoring and Supports) Documentation, District Levels of Determination, Dispute Resolution Consultation, Early Intervention Topical Training and Materials, and Specialized and Customized Professional Development (PD) and Technical Assistance (TA) including but not limited to TIP summary, child find materials, guidance and monitoring documents. A more detailed description can be found in Section V. The
resulting contract may not be an exclusive contract as the State reserves the right to contract for the same or similar services from other sources now or in the future.
Written Questions regarding the project are due no later than May 24, 2023.
