PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This solicitation is designed to obtain proposals from contractors with expertise in inpatient mental health care delivery for the purpose of serving as a consultant to the Legislative Mental Health Care Capacity Strategic Planning Committee (“the Committee”), as provided in Neb. Rev. Stat. 50-702. Terms and Conditions, Project Description and Scope of Work, Proposal Instructions, and Cost Proposal Requirements are described in Neb. Rev. Stat. 50-702 and this document.
Written Questions regarding the project are due no later than September 10, 2023.
Last day to submit proposal in writing is September 30, 2023.
