PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The State of Nebraska, Executive Board of the Legislative Council is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) Number LB1024 in order to obtain proposals from qualified contractors who will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive study at a competitive and reasonable cost, as provided in Legislative Bill 1024 (Exhibit 1), which was passed by the Nebraska Legislature on April 12, 2022, with the emergency clause.

Written Questions regarding the project are due no later than May 20, 2022.
