PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The State of Nebraska (State), Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Materiel Division, State Purchasing Bureau (SPB), is issuing this solicitation for a commodity contract. It is the intent of this bid invitation to establish a contract to supply Ford EMS Model Year 2025 Market basket per the attached specifications from date of award for a period of one (1) year. A more detailed description can be found in Section V. The resulting contract may not be an exclusive contract as the State reserves the right to contract for the same or similar goods from other sources now or in the future.
Written Questions regarding the project are due no later than October 12th, 2023.
