PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The State of Nebraska (State), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Division of Behavioral Health, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) Number RFP116033 O3 for the purpose of selecting a qualified Contractor to develop a marketing plan and provide campaign coordination and media buying services for the 988 Suicide Prevention Lifeline. Optional services are also available. A more detailed description can be found in Section V. The resulting contract may not be an exclusive contract as the State reserves the right to contract for the same or similar services from other sources now or in the future
Written Questions regarding the project are due no later than September 25, 2023.
