PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Request for Proposal is intended to provide a variety of Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) testing for the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services STD approved sites throughout the State of Nebraska. The Contractor will perform laboratory STD tests, including but not limited to: syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea.

Written Questions regarding the project are due no later than January 27, 2020.
