Subject: American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 – W-4 forms

You had recently received an email about the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.  If you elect to make a change with your current federal exemptions, we have placed the 2009, W-4 form on our website.  You may have to control click or just click on this link to access the form.  W-4 Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate

Once this form is completed and signed, please forward a hard copy to the Human Resources Office.  All future W-4 changes, to be effective in the pay period submitted, will be the same deadline as time records are due to the Human Resources office for payroll processing.
