website.

The Certified PSL Mid-Biennial Carryover Report contains PSL encumbrances
as of July 31, 2008. This
is the copy that should be signed by the Director of your agency.
Agencies should print off the appropriate pages from this Certified PSL
Mid-Biennial Carryover report and return the original, signed copy to State
Accounting no later than Friday, August 8, 2008.
The July 31, 2008 Certified
PSL Mid-Biennial Carryover Report should match with
your PSL Encumbrance Detail Report. The PSL Encumbrance Detail Report can
