Biennial Carryover Report is now available on the State Accounting
website.

The Report contains PSL encumbrances as of July 31, 2009. This should be signed by the Director
of your agency. Agencies should print off the appropriate pages
from this report and return the original, signed copy to State Accounting no
later than Monday, August 10, 2009.
