In this lesson you will learn how to runt he PO Recap Report.
Steps:
Click the State of Nebraska link.
Step 1Click the Purchasing - Agencies link.
Step 2Click the Inquiries & Reports link.
Step 3Click the Purchasing Reports link.
Step 4Click the Procurement Reports link.
Step 5Click the PO Recap link.
Step 6Click the Data Selection option.
Step 7Click the Submit button.
Step 8Leave the first and fourth rows (Order Type) as is to run report on all Purchase Order types, or change the Right Operand to the specific Order Type(s) for which to run the report.
Note: To change the information in the Right Operand field, click the drop-down arrow in the corresponding row and choose Literal. Enter the appropriate information, and click OK to return to the Data Selection window.
In this lesson we are not going to change these rows.
Step 9Leave the second, third, sixth, and seventh rows (Dates) as is; the dates will be entered on the Processing Options window.
Step 10To run the report for a specific agency, enter the following information on the next blank line:
Left Operand: "Agency Number (F0006) (RP01) [BC]" This field pulls from the Business Unit Master table which is tied to the business unit on the order header.
Comparison: "is equal to"
Right Operand: "literal." Enter 3-digit agency number
To run the report for a specific Vendor, enter the following information on the next blank line:
Left Operand: "Address Number (F4301) (AN8) [BC]" This field pulls from the order header.
Comparison: "is equal to"
Right Operand: "literal." Enter Supplier's address book number
To run the report for a specific Buyer, enter the following information on the next blank line:
Left Operand: "Buyer Number (F4301) (ANBY) [BC]" This field pulls from the order header.
Comparison: "is equal to"
Right Operand: "literal." Enter Buyer's address book number.
In this lesson we are not going to narrow the report.
Step 11Click the OK button.
Step 12Enter the date range for which to run the report.
Note: In this lesson we are not gonig to change the dates in these fields.
Step 13Click the OK button.
Step 14Click the OK button.
