Resetting Frozen Values Lesson


In this lesson you will learn how to reset frozen values. 

 

Navigation: There are multiple menu paths for this process.  This lesson uses the Inventory menu path. 

 

Inventory > Inventory – Agencies > Physical Inventory > Review Cycle Count

 

Or

 

Dist & Mfg - Corrections > Dist & Mfg-CSI > Inventory – CSI > Count Items > Physical Inventory > Review Cycle Count

 

Note: This will only reset the values if the status of the cycle count is at 10 or 30 Status.


Steps:

  1. Click the State of Nebraska link.

  2. Click the Inventory link.

    Step 2
  3. Click the Inventory - Agencies link.

  4. Click the Physical Inventory link.

  5. Click the Review Cycle Count link.

    Step 5
  6. Click in the Cycle Number field.

    Step 6
  7. Enter the cycle number into the Cycle Number field. 

     

    For this lesson enter "1674".

  8. Click the Find button.

  9. Choose the Cycle Number by clicking the check box next to it.  

     

    Click the 1674 option.

  10. Click the Row button.

  11. Click the Reset Frozen Value menu.

  12. Click the OK button.

  13. Click the Row button.

  14. Click the Cycle Count Detail menu.

    Step 14
  15. If no items are displayed in the grid, enter the Branch/Plant in the Branch/Plant field in the header and click Find.

     

    Verify the information.

  16. Click the Close button.

Warning: Once you have reset the frozen values, you must reenter the count results again. Use the Entering the Count Results work instructions.

 

Note: This will only reset the values if the status of the cycle count is at 10 or 30 Status.
