Based on whether you selected your dependents to have Dental coverage or not you will need to either select the Dental plan you want or Waive coverage.
Note: If you selected Dental coverage for any of your depedents you will not see the Waive option.
Make your selection by clicking the correct check box.
Click the FAMILY DENTAL BIWEEKLY option.
