In this lesson you will learn how to run the Revenue/Expenses Balance by Fund Report.

We have listed two ways to navigate to the Encumberance Detail Report process. This lesson will be using the Accounting navigational steps.
Accounting > Inquiries & Reports > Budget Reports > Other Budget Reports > Revenue/Expense Balance by Fund
or
Budget > Inquiries & Reports > Budget Reports > Other Budget Reports > Revenue/Expense Balance by Fund
Steps:
Click the State of Nebraska link.
Step 1Click the Accounting link.
Step 2Click the Inquiries & Reports link.
Step 3Click the Accounting Reports link.
Step 4Click the Balance Reports link.
Step 5Click the Revenue/Expense Balance by Fund link.
Step 6Select the version you are going to run by clicking the check box next to it.
Click the NIS0001 option.
Step 7Click the Select button.
Step 8Click the Data Selection option.
Step 9Click the Submit button.
Step 10Click the drop down list of the Right Operand column for the Fund row.
Step 11Click the Literal list item.
Step 12Enter the desired information into the Literal Value field. Enter "10000".
Step 13Click the OK button.
Step 14Click the OK button.
Step 15Complete the following fields:
Period Number - enter the period number (Ex. Enter 1 for July, 2 for August)
Fiscal Year - enter the 2-digit fiscal year (Ex. Enter 06 for FY beginning July 1, 2006)
Account Level of Detail
In this lesson we are not going to change any of these fields.
Step 16Click the Select tab.
Step 17Verify all fields are blank.
Step 18Click the OK button.
Step 19Click the OK button.
Step 20Click the Close button.
