In this lesson you will learn how to run the Additions and Retirements Report.
Steps:
Click the State of Nebraska link.
Step 1Click the Fixed Assets link.
Step 2Click the Inquiries & Reports link.
Step 3Click the F/A Reports link.
Step 4Click the Additions and Retirements link.
Step 5Select the version by clicking the check box next to it.
Click the NIS0001 option.
Step 6Click the Select button.
Step 7Click the Data Selection option.
Step 8Click the Submit button.
Step 9Click the drop down list of the Right Operand column for the first row.
Step 10Click the Literal list item.
Step 11Enter the agency number into the Literal Value field. Enter "065".
Step 12Click the OK button.
Step 13On the second row, verify:
Left Operand is "Ledger Type (F1202)[BC]"
Comparison is "is equal to"
Right Operand is "F2"
Step 14Click the OK button.
Step 15Click the OK button.
Step 16Click the Close button.
