In this lesson you will learn how to run the Additions and Retirements Report.
Click the State of Nebraska link.Step 1
Click the Fixed Assets link.Step 2
Click the Inquiries & Reports link.Step 3
Click the F/A Reports link.Step 4
Click the Additions and Retirements link.Step 5
Select the version by clicking the check box next to it.
Click the NIS0001 option.Step 6
Click the Select button.Step 7
Click the Data Selection option.Step 8
Click the Submit button.Step 9
Click the drop down list of the Right Operand column for the first row.Step 10
Click the Literal list item.Step 11
Enter the agency number into the Literal Value field. Enter "065".Step 12
Click the OK button.Step 13
On the second row, verify:
Left Operand is "Ledger Type (F1202)[BC]"
Comparison is "is equal to"
Right Operand is "F2"Step 14
Click the OK button.Step 15
Click the OK button.Step 16
Click the Close button.Step 17
