The workaround is now available for agencies to use when you need to change the social security number of a dependent/beneficiary who also has an employee record (active or terminated). This was not possible from the 'Attach Dependent/Beneficiary to Plan' menu.

The navigation path to the new menu is: Human Resources and Payroll - Agencies > Benefits Administration > Change Dependent/Beneficiary Information.

The 'Change Dependent/Beneficiary Information' menu is intended to be used to change the social security number of a dependent/beneficiary who also has an employee record (active or terminated). The 'Attach Dependent/Beneficiary to Plan' menu is intended to be used for all other changes.
