ATTENTION HR/PAYROLL CITRIX USERS:

Beginning April 12, 2005, Citrix users will use the Enrollment w/Eligibility menu to process changes to a Benefit Plan Amount/Rate. Previously Citrix users were able to change the amount/rate using the Terminate/Override screen. The Row Exit has now been disabled on the Terminate/Override screen.

The reason for disabling this is when changing the amount/rate on a plan, it does not create history as to how much the previous amount/rate was. JAS users currently process changes to the amount/rate using the Enrollment with Eligibility. All HR users (JAS and Citrix) will now make changes to amount/rate the same way.
