Due to the system response times we have been seeing this past week, we have decided to leave the March books open this morning (April 1, 2003) until the posting queue is cleared. We ask that you not submit any posting jobs for documents with a GL date in April in order to allow these March documents to process. Please review your posting reports from yesterday and resubmit any March business that MUST post in March by 9:00 a.m. Once March business has been finished, we will close the month and notify you via a Flash Memo.

You may enter and approve (BUT DO NOT POST) documents today with a GL date in April and when we give the 'go ahead', you can post them. Thank you for your patience.

For monthly reports, please do not run monthly reports until the month is closed and remember that the century is always 20 and the fiscal year is 02 (the year when the FY begins.)
