I have heard from a number of you with questions about the Direct Deposit form, the “extra holiday” in December and the fact that you were not able to open the attachments since they were saved in the newer version of office than what you had.  Attached is another Traffic Cone with the updated information as well as the adjusted attachments per your requests.  Please let me know if there are other questions that need to be addressed.
