Subject: 8/31/07 Certified Biennial Carryover Report – Corrected Link

The August 31, 2007 Biennial Carryover Certification Report is now available on the State Accounting website. The web address is:

No hard copies will be sent to Agencies. You must access this report via the State Accounting Website to retrieve this report.

Agencies should print off the appropriate pages from the Certified Biennial Carryover August 31, 2007 report. This is the copy that should be signed by the Director. The original signed copy should be returned to State Accounting no later than Tuesday, September 11, 2007.

Information from the signed, Certified Biennial Carryover Report will be used by the State Budget Office to increase the Appropriation and Personal Service Limitation where it is appropriate. A journal entry will be created that will load this information into the budget status ledger.

Please submit an email to State Accounting via the mail-in-database (http://www.das.state.ne.us/accounting/nis/contacts.htm) letting us know how you want your agencies encumbrances loaded into the system.
