Please forward the below email to all state agencies. 

NIS will be shutdown at 5 p.m. on Thursday July 12, 2007.  If your agency requires your document to be posted by the Treasurer's Office prior to the shutdown, please have all NIS Deposit and Invoice documents to the Treasurer's Office no later than 10 a.m. on Thursday July 12, 2007.  NIS Invoice documents will only be posted if the ACH deposit that needs to be applied to that Invoice document has been received in the state bank account.
