Adam Kauffman is Materiel Administrator for the State of Nebraska, Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”). Adam developed an interest in state government during his undergraduate studies while serving as a financial investigation intern for the Consumer Protection Division of the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office. Adam received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Spanish from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He subsequently received a law degree from the Nebraska College of Law, where he served as Research Editor for the Nebraska Law Review.

Before joining DAS, Adam served as a judicial clerk to Judge Frankie J. Moore of the Nebraska Court of Appeals; as an associate attorney with a private law firm specializing in civil litigation; and as a tax attorney for the State of Nebraska, Department of Revenue.

Adam devotes his free time to his wife and daughter as well as his church, Zion Church (PCA) in Lincoln.
